Meet Our Founder

Jack Malnick is the Managing Director and founder of Sell House Fast, a UK-based property-buying company specialising in quick, stress-free home sales. His vision is to make selling a home as easy as possible. 

Starting as a sales negotiator at Foxtons, Jack has since worked his way up the ranks and has mastered all aspects of the property sales process, from front-line sales and negotiation to overseeing entire RA operations. 

This includes his time as the Chief Operating Officer at Sold.co.uk, Operations Director at Strike, and Director roles at both Chelsea Square Partnership and Emoov.

Today, Jack continues showcasing his real estate expertise,  having set up his own successful property agency, Sell House Fast. He leans on over two decades of hands-on industry experience managing multimillion-pound budgets across sales, operations, finance, and HR, with a strong focus on the PropTech and SaaS industries. 

Jack’s impact extends beyond his day-to-day focuses, though. He regularly contributes to industry debates, sharing his wealth of expertise with peers and audiences alike while shaping Real Estate conversations more broadly. Through this, Jack remains a valuable figure within the sector, offering unique insights on the latest news and challenges facing the UK’s property market.
